Hi there, my name is Cliff. I am a tech builder based in Singapore. Over the past 13 years, I’ve built data platforms and algorithms that process national-scale telco datasets. More recently, I’ve been building and deploying GenAI products.
What
This is a space to collect my thoughts and improve my writing. I’ll share notes, reflections, and experiments across tech topics that interest me.
Why
You might ask: why write a blog when capable LLMs can give succinct answers to almost anything? I believe real learning and mastery come from thinking deeply about a topic, then drawing on that knowledge to connect ideas and synthesize new insights. In an age of easy answers, the harder skill is knowing which questions to ask and having the wisdom to probe beyond face value. Only by digesting technical topics with clarity can there be mastery. That’s why I want to write and curate my own space.
When
Cadence? I’m aiming to write at least once a week. With AI as a thinking partner, I hope to take better notes and grow this space over time.
